The restorative class at Jivamukti Yoga Stavanger is just wonderful. We did some warming up asanas and then there were time for taking your time in each asana as you progressed through the class. It is a recommendable class if you need to chill down, relax and unwind. It is also wonderful if you are in pain or tired.
My experience with restorative is that I can more easily find my way around each asana and regulate the amount of pain. Breathcontrol I find beneficial, as it is possible to make it slow and longer. Also, I feel I easier breath into each pain area in the body, so that it might losen a bit more.
During class she gave us a little dash of smell in our palm, we rubbed our hands and smelt it for some breaths, I just love the care and attention. Feeling refreshed and uplifted after a class.
