Jnana @home: Books

Jnana yoga is the path of Wisdom and knowledge. I go through some books during the year, but I don´t organize my ideas and understanding in any way.

Today I looked a bit in the Bhagavad Gita. It is possible to just pick a verse and meditate on it. It is something I might try to do and if I find it beneficial I might include it in class.

There is so many great yoga books, so to recommend some is beyond difficult. When I was a beginner I just chose the book the teacher thought from. Like with Ashtanga it was John Scott, Iyengar was BKS Iyengar and Jivamukti was Gannon. With Satyananda there are over 80 books, I only have a few. So pick what seems to fancy your interest, and what might help you on your path.
