The wellness weekend started off with a beautiful beginners class. I just love doing the beginners classes, because there is so much time to breath and observe the asana in a proper way.
I had a meditation class and it was based on the chakra´s. We started with the colours for 15 minutes then we contacted our heart chakra and did the Ham Sa mantra. After we did a yoga nidra where we relaxed all of our body. Savasana for 10 minutes and they were ready to face the world.
The massage workshop gave plenty of tips to how to do Thai massage on another person, it was informative and very relaxing. Tam Te was new to me, and it was fun to learn about his movement ideas and a bit fo Tao.
