I currently practice mostly in class, Jivamukti Yoga Stavanger. The last year I did a few workshops and practiced at home. It is fun for me to alternate a bit. I get new ideas and inspiration from the wonderful teachers in Stavanger.
I mostly focus on my shoulders and hips, as they seem to be connected. One area let go in the shoulder and then something also changes is the hip area.
Also, I focus in each asana on the soles of my feet. The more I pay attention the calmer my body feels. Eckhart Tolle said once pay attention to your feet during computer time to be in the present moment. I do practice it, and automatically breathe better.
