The basic class focused on the standing asana’s. Tadasana, Trikonasana, Virabhadrasana 1 & 2.
In Tadasana it is important to focus on the four points in our feet, two in the front and two on the heals. You may connect to these points in any asana, as it is an important yoga asana.
Trikonasana consists of triangels. You extend 10 degree outward before you go down.
Virabhadrasana 2, Warrior 2, keep strong arms and rotates the tighs outwards.
Virabhadrasana 1, Warrior 1 here Linares walked us through trying to have our hands 90 degree with prayer position and shoulder width apart. It is heavier with prayer position. Try it out. Keep your head straight and let your eyes gave to the tumbs.
