A few recipes:
Overnight oats
1/4-1 cup oatmeal
Goji berries
Chia seeds
Linseeds
2 walnuts
Cover with cold water, place on counter overnight.
Kitcheri (recipe from Gannon)
1 cup brown rice
2 cups red lentils
Rinse with cold water, then add
8 cups water
Boil 5 minutes, then simmer fro about 45-60 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Serves 8-10
I eat this dish occasionally after yoga.
Soup of peas
400 grams frozen peas
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 cube vegetable broth
Everything in a casserole, cover with water. Cook for about 3-4 minutes. Get it into a blender and blend until it is smooth. Taste accordingly with salt and pepper.
- Overnight bulgur – 1 cup bulgur and 1 cup water, place on your counter for a few hours or overnight.

- You don’t need oil or butter when you have vegetables in a titanium pan.
