Eckhart Tolle and Kim Eng retreat

Still looking for that Christmas gift to your loved one? What about a retreat with Eckhart Tolle and Kim Eng. I attended one at the Oslo Convention Centre in 2017, certain profound teachings were shared by them:

Non reactivity: thank you for everything, I have no complaints whatsoever. When you don´t complain about your life and cannot be a victim anymore, there is not much more to think about. Your mind does not have to be a problemmaker anymore. When you connect to the stillness within you become free of fear.

Most people have to go through suffering. The suffering is largely self created; The longer you have felt an emotion the harder it is to let it go. An emotion takes 30 seconds if you feel it properly. You reach a place where you no longer need suffering; Say yes to the suffering, accept it, surrender to it. Full acceptance – you are willing to feel this forever. Stillness is unconditional love. Whenever you see the ego in you smile. Shine awareness on the ego, just look at it.

Make sure you want to go where the universe wants to go, wisdom is aligning yourself with this moment. Live in the unknown, let things arise in it´s own time. When you have a vision, manifesting it is a secondary thing, the primary is experiencing fullness of the present moment.

You stay in the body when you are reacting to the unconciousness in others.

The world looses it´s heaviness and seriousness when conciousness appears.

Questions you can ask yourself are:

– Have I lost touch with being/myself?
– Am I contributing to it being a problem?
– Am I ready for this?
– Do I want to let this go?
– Is this mine? Or does it come from my family?

We were 800 people from 60 countries listening to their talks and practicing presence through movement. It was a fantastic event.
