It consists of organic gluten-free oatmeal for breakfast, vegetable juice/raw soup or fruit for lunch and Kitcheri, vegetables and sauerkraut for dinner. You may drink herbal tea and water. Make sure vitamin supplements are vegan and organic.

I felt full the first few days, but had some leftovers in the fridge so I had vegan burgers, corn and bread as well. I also drank a couple of cups of tea with caffeine. Then I had a few days on the diet. The end result is that I am combining the diet into my regular meals. Some days I’ll stick to the diet, other days I have something different for dinner.
