Bhagavad Gita (5) Christian Paaske @ Yoga for Alle

Lesson 5 is recorded before Christmas and is chapter 4 in the Bhagavad Gita.

What you believe in is not important as long as you open the door of love.

The three Gunas, which are qualities or attributes of the mind, are:

Sattva; knowledge and inspiration –> balance

Rajas; activity and action  –> movement

Tamas; apathy and ignorance –> inertia

To listen, reflect and integrate the knowledge of the vedanta is a yogi´s path. Chapter 4, Verse 18, in Sri Swami Sivananda, says: “He who seeth inaction in action and action in inaction, he is wise among men; he is a Yogi and performer of all actions.”
