Today I did at home. During the winter time I do more at home than during summer. Sometimes it is due to cold weather, other times it is just my progress that depends on it.

Right now I work on going into each asana without feeling any kind of pain, positive or negative. I just want to see how it feels with no pain and not too much of a stretch. It seems like I breathe easier which is good, and my body feels more relaxed after the posture. So, I think I will continue with this method for a while. Let me know if you also want try it.
