Deepak Chopra has a 4 week healing the whole self program. First week is about the body, second mind, third emotions and four spirit.

From the pdf download it says there are 5 ways to heal the body:

  1. Meditation

Take a minimum of 5 minutes a day to observe yourself. Find your stressors, tension and tightness. Send energy to the area of tension, use the breath to soften, ease and heal.

  • Get your sleep

7-9 hours a night. Use the last hour of the day to unwind from technology, take a hot bath, aromatherapy, reading, journaling and gentle yoga.

  • Energise your body

150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity. Two days a week strength training. Make yoga class a habit and take the stairs instead of the elevator.

  • Colourful diet

Include fruit and veggies, oats, wholegrain and oatmeal. Eat plant-based proteins and avoid processed food.

  • Eat mindfully

Eat only when hungry. Stop eating when 3/4 full to make room for digestion. Eat mindfully in a relaxed environment.
