Today I did the Anandam mantra from Roger Gabriel to restore inner joy and contentment. I felt peaceful and relaxed as Gabriel guided us through the mantra in the group mediation of how to heal your whole self.

Also he spoke about how to pay attention to the body, what is comfortable and what is not? Suggested to listen to the body when you eat, eat so you feel light and energetic, not stuffed.

I did my regular routine on the yogamat, and I still enjoy my little experiment of relaxing into the posture.
