The last couple of day I have done a restorative pose that is very good for relaxing the side of our body, and also our entire back and front upper body. You bring a half bolster on your mat, sit close to the bolster and lay down on your side, your legs rest with legs a little bent. The you switch sides when done. Focus on your breath and let go.

Apart from this I have watched a very good documentary about Bobby Kennedy on Netflix. It is important to remember that yoga might be a wonderful spiritual and physical practice, but the world and its issues maybe close to a yogi´s heart as well.
