Yesterday and today were home practice days. I did five days in a row at two studios, and just felt the need to organize my own practice. Class, I find wonderful for that extra little push in the right direction. Home practice I find valuable as I can work on stiff areas for a longer periode of time.
I try to live by what a teacher says; come into every new practice day as a way of being in the now. For me it is sometimes hard, as I remember things I could do before, perfect shoulderstand, but before I had a lot more pain, hence I have to relearn doing it over and over. A teacher thought me how to use 8! large square blocks in this asana. So, I lack 3 blocks, and will buy, in order to do🙏🏼 You can also use blankets as shown below.
