Kirsti´s aim is
to be at peace and become pain free
Her yoga at home is a form that is mostly possible to follow for any pain condition, as this is the one she started with in 2005 after a head injury. She focuses on the heart chakra, and her meditation practice is filled with loving compassion and understanding of this chakra.
She has deepened her knowledge of yoga in Rishikesh, Kriya Yoga Ashram, India, in 2018. In 2017 she did her 500 hours teacher training in Satyananda yoga at Yoga Skyros, Athens, Greece.
Since 2005 she has practiced/practices Satyananda-, Jivamukti-, Iyengar- and Ashtanga yoga. For meditations she loves to use Glo and to create sequences tummee works wonderfully.
She has studied around the globe and holds an MSc Economics, University of Oslo, Norway.
