Peace and Happiness
How to be at peace, happy, content and joyful is the question we all at one point ask ourselves. To question wether you are on the right track and are doing what brings you joy might be the best investment you can do.
To look for it outside of yourself, might just give you a moment of peace as you cannot control the outside world. Mindtransformation, that is the goal of meditation, will expand your compassion and loving kindness to all beings everywhere.
I urge you to try meditation for the feeling of peace, happiness, freedom, trust and generosity. You may start with the wonderful loving kindness mediation, as also noted by Forbes, and may continue with chakra-, mantra- and/or mindfulness mediation. The more and longer you practice the better you´ll become, as with anything, some days I do 5 minutes some days an hour. It is your choice and your lifestyle that determines your possibilites.

When it comes to marriage I have found no one better than Drs. John and Julie Gottman, their work are extraordinary, they have over 4 decades studied how to mend troubled marriages and how to strengthen healthy ones.
The world happiness Report identifies six factors: income, healthy life expectancy, social support, freedom, trust and generosity. Daniel Gilbert, Professor happiness from Harvard, says we know a little money to a poor person buys a great amount of happiness, a lot of money to a rich person buys a little happiness.
The Pursuit of Happiness project has more than a 100 expert volouteers that read studies about happiness and publish the ideas online for free.
